As well as teaching in established schools and colleges, I offer private singing lessons to clients in a private studio at my home near Reading, Berkshire.
I cover all areas of singing, specialising in pop/rock and musical theatre, and work with all levels of clients, from beginners to proficient, individuals and bands.
Lessons are half based on technique and half on repertoire and performance, as well as preparing clients for auditions, recordings and backing singing.

Objectives
- To build up your confidence. You will feel empowered when you present a song rather than a victim.
- To develop a good microphone technique.
- To work on harmony and voice blending (with bands or groups)
- To ensure that you are using a technique that supports your voice rather than harms it. This will include breathing technique and correct posture.
- To prepare you for auditions, performances and recordings.
- To focus on your presentation skills. Whether you are singing in an R&B band or hope to be appearing in 'Les Miserables' this is a vital ingredient of my work.
